Oysters in Dingle Gin and Lemon
Step 1: Pour yourself a large G&T on the rocks…..
Serves 3-4 | Prep 5 mins
Ingredients:
12 Cromane Rock Oysters
1 tbsp of Dingle Gin
1 tbsp fresh lemon juice
1 tbsp white wine vinegar
¼ cup of light olive oil
2 tbsp chopped chives
Salt and ground black pepper
Method
- In a bowl, mix together the Dingle Gin, lemon juice, olive oil, and chives.
- Add salt and pepper to taste.
- Shuck your Cromane rock oysters (please see our “how to shuck” tab).
- Place a spoonful of the dressing over the oysters.
- Serve and enjoy
