Cromane Oysters with Mignonette Sauce
Enjoy oysters at home with this simple and traditional Oysters recipe.
Serves 3-4 | Prep 5 mins
12 Cromane rock oysters
2 shallots, finely diced
50 ml of red wine vinegar
1/2 tsp of caster sugar
Salt and ground black pepper
- Mix all the ingredients in a bowl and allow to infuse for at least an hour
- To serve, spoon the mignonette over each freshly shuck Cromane Oyster. (please see our “how to shuck”).
