Our shellfish is grown locally in the clear waters of Castlemaine Harbour in unspoiled Atlantic waters. The local sea conditions are ideal for growing Mussels and Pacific Oysters.
We have strict quality control when it comes to harvesting and purifying our shellfish. This provides high quality, fresh and local produce to our customers.
Cromane Oysters
The Wild Atlantic Way waters and the Rivers Maine, Laune & Caragh all contribute to the salty taste and smooth texture of our oysters.
Cromane Mussels
Castlemaine Harbour holds the largest natural mussel bed in Ireland with mussel cultivation in Cromane going back many generations.
